Dr. Olena Lazorenko is Senior Researcher at National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine & Director at “International Consulting Company” Ltd. (ICC) Kyiv, Ukraine and. Public activities of Dr. Lazorenko is including following civil society organization: President of the NGO "League of Professional Women"(LPW) www.lpw.org.ua and member of other NGOs. Previously she worked within the framework of international projects of technical assistance (funded by USAID, Know-How Fund) and multinational business organizations at top managerial positions. In the framework of academic & analytical research Dr. Lazorenko was published 5 books & chapters in the monographs and more than 50 articles. She started management consulting & business training activities in 1997 and since that time she has been conducting services for Ukrainian and multinational organizations (for example, UNDP Bratislava & UNDP New York, International Financial Corporation).
